HOLIDAY CLOSINGS: The Probate Court will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of the Juneteenth holiday and on Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day.

NEW LOCATION: The Probate Court’s main offices are now located in the West Wing of the second floor of the Harris County Courthouse.  Please note the Tax Commissioner’s office is now located on the first floor beside the Tax Assessor’s Office.
